Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Thorough knowledge of the layout of the building, function rooms, and some knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of shift on foot patrol, walking, climbing stairs to observe safety risks.
• Coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions in a calm manner.
• Handle undesired conduct and enforce hotel policy for safety of guests and property.
• Watch for suspicious persons and report alarms and activities promptly.
• Answer security telephone and safety hotline calls in a timely manner.
