Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA, seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the guest room and public area cleaning operations. You will supervise staff, provide training, and ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will interview and hire, assign tasks, monitor inventories, and respond to guest requests while maintaining safety standards and compliance with company policies. The role requires physical stamina and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, resolve problems, and enforce discipline when needed.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.
• Assign duties, manage special requests, and ensure smooth operation flow.
• Distribute supplies and control inventory while containing costs.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Log Lost and Found items and answer inquiries.
• Implement emergency training and procedures for safety.
• Attend to attendance rules and be available for shifts.
