Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Incident Management in Honolulu, HI to patrol hotel grounds, deter incidents, and provide welcoming service to guests and staff at a premier hotel and resort location.

You will respond to incidents, support access control, and report patrol activity and incidents clearly to site leadership, joining a team guided by agility, reliability, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel grounds and public areas to identify unusual activity.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and concerns following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for guests and staff.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports and communicate findings to site leadership.
