Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time) for an unarmed patrol investigator role in Honolulu, HI. You will protect guests and staff, conduct patrols, and provide friendly guest service in a premier hotel and resort setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
