Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access logs.
• Manage vehicle, visitor, and employee access; report unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
