Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Experienced Unarmed Patrol Investigator in Honolulu, HI. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional guest and staff service at a premier hotel/resort location.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, monitoring access points, and reporting observations to site leadership. Requires 1+ year security experience and a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and hazards.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site leadership.
