Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, including exterior, on a regular basis.
• Respond to guest complaints, investigate issues, and resolve with urgency.
• Identify and report unusual or unsafe situations and escort off-property if needed.
• Complete daily security logs and incident reports for theft, accidents, and safety violations.
• Document losses or injuries using required forms; investigate violations of law or hotel policy.
• Maintain safety, security, and emergency procedures; respond to alarms; provide first aid as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and enforce the No Solicitation Policy.
• Uphold guest and staff safety, OSHA compliance, and adherence to standards.
• Follow property and corporate guidelines to protect assets and minimize liability.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
