Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to safeguard guests, colleagues, and property. You will patrol the hotel, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate logs to ensure safety and peace of mind.

We welcome candidates with 1–3 years in hotel security or related fields, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a commitment to guest service. Night/weekend availability and some local training travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel security or related field required (1–3 years preferred).
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access to entrances and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Conduct regular patrols and identify potential safety hazards.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures and document actions taken.
• Maintain logs for visitor access, packages, and incidents for compliance.
• Inspect packages and enforce hotel policies with professionalism.
• Interact courteously with guests and colleagues to enhance safety and service.
