Hilton is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests, employees, and property. The role involves patrolling the hotel, observing and documenting incidents, and responding to emergencies with professionalism. You will enforce policies, maintain safety protocols, and communicate effectively with staff and guests.

Ideal candidates are vigilant, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with a focus on exceptional guest service and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of fire and emergency procedures preferred.
• Strong observational and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience in security or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property regularly to ensure safety and order.
• Observe, report, and document all incidents, unsafe conditions, or unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to emergencies as a first-responder when necessary.
• Enforce hotel policies and access control measures, including keys with proper ID.
• Maintain knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures, and life safety protocols.
• Use radios and other devices effectively and keep accurate records.
• Protect hotel, guest, and employee property.
• Present a professional image through appearance and conduct.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
