Responsibilities

• Spend majority of shift on foot patrol around the hotel to identify safety risks.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and safety incidents with composure.
• Assist guests, associates, and patrons while enforcing hotel policies.
• Coordinate with security and hotel staff to ensure a timely response to incidents.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to on-duty supervisor.
