You will maintain a visible presence, greet visitors, monitor entrances, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents, while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and neat and professional appearance.
• Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Concierge services and professional demeanor for customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain a visible presence in the facility.
• Monitor environment and detect suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Be familiar with incoming/outgoing traffic and know customers, tenants, visitors, and guests.
• Greet and assist visitors and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer phones professionally and manage access control.
• Enforce facility policies within scope of duties.
• Conduct required patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Observe personnel to prevent loss and ensure authorized removal of property.
