Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Security Agent to protect guests, employees and hotel property. You will maintain visibility, assist guests, and respond to incidents to ensure safety and comfort throughout the property.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, calmness under pressure, and willingness to handle security procedures and emergencies in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or related hotel experience preferred.
• Certification in Safety and Security Training required per state.
• CPR, First Aid and Heimlich Maneuver certification expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Control access and assist guests with rooms and security needs.
• Respond to alarms, monitor CCTV, patrol lobby and property.
• Conduct incident reports and assist in investigations when needed.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments during shifts.
