Avion Hospitality is seeking a Security Guard to protect guests, team members, and property while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The role emphasizes visibility, incident reporting, and rapid response to emergencies to ensure guest confidence and safety.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and certifications in safety and security, CPR/First Aid, and Heimlich Maneuver. Excellent communication is essential, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
• Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training (must comply with State requirements)
• CPR, First Aid, and Heimlich Maneuver Certified

Responsabilités

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Avion Hospitality standards and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe operations.
• Answer phone and dispatch timely; use two-way radio etiquette and stay in contact with the Front Desk.
• Maintain visual contact with the Front Desk and lobby when not on property walks.
• Review and maintain the daily activity log; ensure confidentiality of incidents.
• Hold briefing with Guest Services staff at shift start and end; communicate updates.
