Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must communicate clearly with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Use proper radio etiquette at all times.
• Maintain visual contact with the Front Desk and lobby.
• Maintain and review daily activity log.
• Assist guests to their rooms and provide directions.
• Respond to emergencies and medical incidents as needed.
• Investigate incidents and report findings clearly.
• Monitor security systems and access control as applicable.
• Provide escorts for guests or staff when required.

Education

Hotel or related field experience preferred
