Job summary

Astra Seattle is seeking a Security Officer to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and hotel assets. The role involves assisting with valet, front desk and night audit duties as needed, and requires PM/overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work within Marriott Tribute Brand properties. A Washington guard card and valid driver’s license are required or obtainable within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or Equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic customer service and courtesies to enhance guests’ stay.
• Patrol building and secure assets according to post orders.
• Warn violators and apprehend or expel for suspicious or criminal activity.
• Assist with guest problems and complaints and maintain daily incident reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
