The Grand Hyatt Seattle is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the security team across Hyatt properties in Seattle.

You will oversee safety, respond to emergencies, and ensure guest and employee protection with a strong emphasis on customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in supervisory level role
• Must have customer service experience
• Candidates should have open availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety and security of the hotel
• Respond to guest and employee emergencies
• Complete incident reports and submit weekly recaps
• Support and train staff
• Review weekly performance metrics
• Attend supervisor and department meetings
• Lead a team of colleagues in constant guest interaction
