Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a supervisory level role.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of the hotel and property cluster.
• Respond to guest and employee emergencies and complete incident reports.
• Submit weekly security recaps to Area Director of Security.
• Support and train staff; review weekly performance metrics.
• Attend supervisor and department meetings; lead a team of colleagues in guest interactions.
