Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma Downtown is seeking a Security Guard to protect guests and property. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance, and control access to facilities, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and visitors.

This role involves documenting incidents, coordinating with security teams, and responding to alarms. You will work on-site, uphold hotel policies, and contribute to a secure guest experience across the Tacoma Downtown property.

Qualifications

• Experience performing security patrols of a property.
• Ability to monitor surveillance equipment and access points.
• Proven ability to record incidents clearly and completely.

Responsibilities

• Perform property walks and identify areas that need attention.
• Secures premises by patrolling, monitoring, inspecting access points, and authorizing entry.
• Obtain help by sounding alarms and reporting irregularities.
• Restraining trespassers and directing traffic as needed.
• Complete reports by documenting observations and interviewing witnesses.
• Maintain environment by monitoring building and equipment controls.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and protect organization reputation.
