You will respond to emergencies, enforce policies with courtesy and restraint, and coordinate swift, calm responses to incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior law enforcement or other military experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of building layout and areas served.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and document information.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of shift on foot patrol to observe security risks.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate responses calmly.
• Answer security hotline calls and document incidents legibly.
• Escort guests and employees as needed to parking areas and locations.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company policies.
