Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect all hotel assets.
• Answer house calls to assist guests and associates with safety, security, and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow up on investigations of crimes against property and persons.
• Assist sick/injured guests or associates with proper documentation and timely reporting.
• Prepare incident and accident reports and monitor investigations to completion.
