Job summary

Sethi Management, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for Hampton Inn Stockton and Hampton Inn Patterson in California. You will drive revenue growth, pursue new business, and strengthen relationships with local businesses and corporate accounts while coordinating with hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hospitality sales experience; hotel sales preferred.
• Experience developing new business and outside sales calls.
• Familiarity with hotel sales strategies, corporate accounts, and group business.
• Experience with Hilton brand systems and hotel sales tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet research, and electronic sales tracking systems.
• Ability to collaborate with hotel leadership, operations teams, clients, and community partners.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and business development meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, corporate accounts, travel coordinators, organizations, and group clients.
• Develop new accounts while growing production from existing clients.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure client expectations are met.
• Prepare sales proposals and client correspondence in line with hotel procedures.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide weekly activity reports to leadership.
• Support occupancy, ADR, RevPAR goals through proactive sales activity.
• Participate in promotional offers and targeted sales initiatives.
• Represent the hotels at networking events and community meetings.
