Develop relationships with in-house business travelers and repeat guests to identify future travel needs and potential corporate accounts.

Coordinate with the Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure group reservations, client expectations, and special arrangements are communicated effectively.

Address client concerns professionally and partner with hotel leadership to resolve service-related issues.

Maintain an organized sales pipeline reflecting prospecting activity, pending opportunities, existing accounts, and confirmed business.

Complete accurate weekly sales activity reports, including outside sales calls, new leads, follow-up activities, and business production.

Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to the General Manager.
