Job summary

Sales & Marketing Coordinator at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks and project coordination. You will help drive revenue through timely responses to inquiries and accurate management of accounts and proposals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 2+ years in sales/marketing, solid copy and design skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Basic graphic design skills and social media savvy.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Creative thinker and team player with a track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling copy.
• Flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team.
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and leads in a timely manner and route them to the appropriate Sales Manager.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and client correspondence for review by Sales Managers.
• Enter and maintain accounts, contacts, bookings, and activities in the sales and catering system.
• Coordinate site inspections, including scheduling, collateral, and communications with hotel departments.
• Prepare materials and logistics for sales trips, tradeshows, client events, and networking functions.
• Produce regularly scheduled sales and marketing reports, track action items to completion.
• Assist with maintaining sales and marketing invoicing and monitoring budgets and spending.
