Highgate Hotels in Miami seeks a Group Sales Manager for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences to drive group revenue and build strategic relationships in a fast-paced, nightlife-influenced market. You will solicit, develop, and maintain accounts within assigned segments while aligning with the hotel’s dynamic brand and ADR goals.

The role emphasizes outbound sales, strategic account management, and delivering exceptional client experiences that reflect a luxury lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive sales experience, including at least three in leadership.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury lifestyle hospitality brand is preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to entertainment-forward or nightlife-adjacent properties is desired.
• College coursework in Business, Hospitality or Marketing preferred; HS diploma required.
• Strong proficiency with Windows-based systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Drive group revenue by meeting or exceeding established sales goals and targets.
• Own assigned market segments, prospect, qualify, and close group business.
• Manage sales activity within the budget to maximize revenue impact.
• Initiate, track, and follow up on all sales leads for conversions.
• Maintain an active solicitation program to keep E11EVEN top of mind.
• Host site inspections, property tours, and client engagements showcasing the brand.
• Prepare and submit sales reports accurately within timelines.
