Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami (US-FL). The role provides admin support to the sales and marketing team, handles inquiries, prepares proposals, and maintains the sales system.

You will coordinate site visits, plan materials for events, and generate reports to drive revenue. The ideal candidate has a Marketing/Hospitality background, 2+ years in sales/marketing, and strong organizational and copywriting skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales or marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic graphic design skills and social media savvy.
  • Ability to collaborate with all internal and external partners and to work cross-functionally with all levels of management.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organization, communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker and team player.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy.
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team, including the Group and Leisure Sales Managers.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and leads in a timely manner, routing them to the appropriate Sales Manager.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and client correspondence for review by Sales Managers.
  • Enter and maintain accounts, contacts, bookings, and activities in the sales and catering system, ensuring the accuracy of the sales database.
  • Coordinate site inspections, including scheduling, preparing collateral and welcome amenities, and communicating with hotel departments.
  • Prepare materials and logistics for sales trips, trade shows, client events, and networking functions.
  • Produce regularly scheduled sales and marketing reports, and track action items assigned to the team through to completion.
  • Assist with maintaining sales and marketing invoicing and monitoring budgets and spending.

Overview

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing teams at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences with administrative tasks, planning, and the coordination of projects and activities needed to drive revenue and successfully execute sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

  • 6 days or 48 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year, accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
For Employees Based in California:
  • 8 paid holidays per year
  • Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service, capped at 1.5x annual accrual rate; non-supervisory employees working in the City of Los Angeles accrue up to 22 days of Compensated Time Off, based on length of service capped at 192 hours of combined PST and CTO.
  • Paid Sick Time accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, unused time is carried over from one anniversary year to the next up to a maximum of 80 hours; employees working in the City of Los Angeles are provided 40 hours of Paid Sick Time annually on their anniversary, unused time is not carried over from one anniversary year to the next.
