As our Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our hotel's success by developing and implementing sales strategies, securing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and executing innovative marketing initiatives—all while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit group business through tele-prospecting and outside sales calls
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing contacts
• Build relationships with key clients to generate group business and room sales
• Attend networking events and develop community and trade organization relationships
• Conduct site tours
• Manage customer database via hotel sales software
• Manage group inventory, develop contracts, and follow up with clients
• Develop and monitor the departmental budget and sales performance
• Develop and execute the annual sales and marketing plan

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hotel experience
• Experience in outside sales calls and prospecting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Hotel PMS and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and with a team
