Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager at our Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown property. You will drive revenue by winning new accounts and building lasting client relationships across Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.

Partner with the Director of Sales to lead proactive outreach, tours, and visits, while representing the hotel professionally within the community and industry circles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus; valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and professional selling skills; ability to negotiate, influence, and multitask independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals, and hit solicitation call targets
• Proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead sales tours, and host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments
• Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments, strengthening partnerships through attentive service
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to evolving market trends to stay ahead and capture new business
• Represent the hotel with professionalism in the local community and industry organizations
