Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to lead hotel sales efforts. You will partner with the Director of Sales to win new accounts, grow key segments, and drive revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building.

The role combines client acquisition, ongoing account management, and market analysis in a dynamic hotel environment, with an overtime-eligible management status and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus; valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Drive sales and revenue by meeting goals and targets.
• Prospect new accounts and conduct solicitations to win opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
• Monitor market trends to stay ahead of opportunities.
