We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

As a key member of our team you will work closely with the hotel's management to identify and target potential clients, build relationships with current clients and negotiate contracts to secure business.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
• Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel
• Identify potential clients through research, networking and cold calling
• Build relationships with current clients to maintain their business and secure repeat bookings
• Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached
• Work closely with the hotel's management team to understand their needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote the hotel's services and build a network of potential clients

Full-time position without accommodation.

Salary: $900 per month.
