Job summary

The Sales Manager at Raines Co. will lead proactive direct sales, marketing, and client solicitation to drive room revenue across designated market segments. You will train and motivate the sales team, forecast revenues, and develop annual sales plans aligned with property goals.

Prerequisites include hotel sales experience, comfort with Delphi FDC and Microsoft 365, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Expect up to 75% travel, a fast-paced environment, and a culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Two years prior hotel sales, catering manager, or progressive experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience with Delphi FDC and proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Experience with brand's PMS and sales related applications.
• Minimum High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, and solicitation for market segments.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor and meet or exceed budgeted RevPAR goals.
• Accurately forecast revenues and analyze fluctuations to maximize revenues.
• Prepare annual sales and marketing plans and coordinate with other departments on sales programs.
