Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a seasoned Business Travel Sales Manager to drive corporate travel sales across three properties. You will lead direct sales, strategic account planning, and multi-property coordination to maximize occupancy, ADR and market share.

You will partner with General Managers and revenue teams to develop plans, target accounts, and negotiate corporate rates while maintaining exceptional client service and a robust sales pipeline across local, regional and national accounts.

Qualifications

Three to five years of progressive hotel sales experience.
Experience managing multiple accounts and maintaining a sales pipeline.
Experience with Delphi FDC or comparable CRM and Microsoft 365.
Experience with hotel PMS platforms, brand sales apps, and online RFP tools.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Prior multi-property hotel sales experience.
Strong understanding of transient sales strategy and revenue management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Business Travel Sales Manager for three properties.
Develop understanding of positioning, room types, amenities, and rate strategies.
Meet or exceed budgeted corporate goals for the portfolio and hotels.
Identify, solicit and secure new business from multiple travel segments.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and document activities in approved systems.
Conduct property tours, client presentations, and rate reviews.
Negotiate corporate rates and prepare RFP submissions.
