Job summary

Structure Hospitality is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for Comfort Inn Bozeman. You will develop a proactive hotel sales strategy and grow key local accounts to improve occupancy and revenue.

You will prospect new corporate, group, government, construction, medical, sports, and local accounts, conduct regular outside calls, and maintain strong relationships with clients and the local business community to meet revenue targets.

• Strong understanding of hotel sales and revenue concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive hotel sales strategy.
• Grow Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) accounts and room-night production.
• Prospect and develop new corporate, group, government, construction, medical, sports, and local accounts.
• Conduct regular outside sales calls and community networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses.
• Monitor market and STR performance and identify opportunities to increase market share.
• Work closely with the General Manager and hotel team to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, and follow-up.
• Represent the hotel professionally within the local community.
