Structure Hospitality is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our Comfort Inn Bozeman property. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and making a measurable impact on hotel performance.

Develop and execute a proactive hotel sales strategy.

Grow Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) accounts and room-night production.

Prospect and develop new corporate, group, government, construction, medical, sports, and local accounts.

Conduct regular outside sales calls and community networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses.

Monitor market and STR performance and identify opportunities to increase market share.

Work closely with the General Manager and hotel team to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.

Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, and follow-up.

Represent the hotel professionally within the local community.

Previous hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred.

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with proactive prospecting.

Strong understanding of hotel sales and revenue concepts.

Organized, accountable, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel leadership.

Compensation

$60,000 - $65,000 yearly
