Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team in optimizing revenue and bookings for the hotel. The role emphasizes strong organization, client communication, and attention to detail in handling accounts and proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative functions, telephone, email and filing systems.
• Experience with Delphi FDC, Sales Pro, brand's PMS and/or sales related applications a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred in business or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and marketing department to optimize revenue and bookings for the hotel.
• Maintain organized and accurate filing system on all accounts and proposals.
• Correspond with prospects and clients about venue options, rates, packages or promotions.
• Send proposals and invoices accurately, timely and professionally.
• Enter, retrieve or reconcile rooming lists, event orders or other information in CRM systems.
• Research competitive hotels, venues, clients, trends and prospects.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with hotel service standards.
• Coordinate with team on events including weekends and evenings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
