Job summary

MCR is hiring a Sales Director for Hilton Garden Inn Denver in Englewood, CO. The role leads group bookings, ADR and occupancy strategies, and market-share growth while overseeing the sales/events team and maintaining key client relationships.

You will drive revenue, manage proposals and contracts, and ensure a seamless on‑property experience for contracted clients with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree Preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Progressive experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and sell.
• Independent working with multi-tasking ability.
• Attention to detail, deadlines and organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed group booking goals.
• Increase ADR and occupancy growth.
• Grow market share annually.
• Maximize revenue and control expenses.
