Hampton Inn & Suites – Boise Downtown in Boise, ID is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the sales team and ensure smooth operations for hotel sales and events. The role involves coordinating group bookings, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate sales records.

You will work closely with front desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to execute sales commitments and guest experiences. Starting salary is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

Qualifications

• Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality sales?
• Strong organizational skills are essential to coordinate group bookings and events.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and basic hotel sales software is expected.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist in hotel operations.
• Sales, event planning, or hospitality experience is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and team with coordinating group bookings, event details, and sales contracts.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their event or group stay runs smoothly, from initial inquiry to final billing.
• Maintain sales records, prepare proposals, and track booking details.
• Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to ensure all departments align with sales commitments.
• Provide administrative support such as responding to emails, managing schedules, and preparing sales reports.
