Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. This is a full-time position with an application deadline of November 16, 2026, and on-site work. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues.
• Work with the housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
