Qualifications

• Four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between sales, catering and hotel operations.
• Provide thoughtful customer service by phone, email and in person.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and group resumes.
• Coordinate menus, banquet setups and AV with clients.
• Maintain client and guest records and manage weekly reports.
