Job summary

SREE Hotels LLC is seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator for the Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott in the Brier Creek/RDU area of Raleigh. You will support Sales Managers and the Director by coordinating group and meeting/event details, communicating hotel requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires experience in hospitality sales or events, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires prior experience in hospitality sales, hotel front desk, catering or events.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and client needs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and Director with group and meeting/event planning.
• Coordinate meeting details and BEOs with hotel departments.
• Input group rooming lists and create convention kits and collateral.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation on a timely basis.
• Conduct site tours and assist with pre-conference meetings as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with all departments and guests.
