Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Triangle Town Center in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage event details, and ensure successful execution of group business. The role liaises between the Sales and Catering team, the Event Management team, and other hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.

This position requires hospitality or sales support experience, strong communication, and proficiency with StayPMS, ProfitSword, and Infor Reserve.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with digital sales systems StayPMS, ProfitSword, Infor Reserve or willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries with timely, professional communication to clients and internal teams.
• Support sales and catering operations: manage room blocks, reports, billing, and event docs.
• Coordinate event details across pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
• Track deadlines, client requirements, and milestones to ensure success.
• Use sales systems to support bookings and hit team goals.
• Attend meetings, training, and reporting to support objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless events.
• Assist in achieving sales activity and revenue goals via client interactions.
• Maintain organization, attention to detail, and policy compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Description

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage event details, and ensure successful execution of group business.

Thewillbe responsible forsupportingandassistingtheSales and Catering department in managing andmaintainingcorporate,groupand catering business. This position is designed to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and support to external clients and internal partners.This positionsserves asliaisonbetween the Sales and Catering team members, the Event Management team, and other departments at the hotel.
