Job summary

Responsibilities

• Emphasize yield management to balance rate availability with market demand.
• Establish and execute an effective outside sales program.
• Direct internal servicing of groups.
• Collaborate with hotel management and General Manager.
• Train sales and marketing staff and hold them accountable to results.
• Work cooperatively with associates across the team.
• Promote guest service culture in all interactions.
• Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the General Manager.
