Job summary

The Tallison Hotel in Carmel, Indiana, part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio, seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales strategy and revenue growth. You will build relationships with corporate, group, leisure, and local accounts and drive market share in Carmel and Central Indiana.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and Marriott partners to ensure sales success, mentor the sales team, and actively participate in market activities and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales leadership and revenue generation.
• Strong ability to develop new accounts and drive market share.
• Experience with Marriott or Tribute Portfolio hotels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales strategy and business development for The Tallison Hotel.
• Develop strategic plans to increase occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue.
• Identify and secure corporate, group, leisure, government, and local market accounts.
• Build relationships with key clients, planners, travel professionals, and partners.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and client visits.
• Prepare customized proposals and account strategies based on client needs.
• Collaborate with General Manager and hotel leadership to align sales with operations.
• Track activity, leads, bookings, and revenue performance.
