Qualifications

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue, occupancy, and ADR goals.
• Proactively solicit new business through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
