You will manage proposals, contracts, leads, and client communications, coordinating with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless group bookings and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, group resumes, and other sales documents.
• Enter leads, track deposits, rooming lists, deadlines, and reservations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management and other departments to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to client emails and inquiries; follow up on contracts and group details.
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and metrics.
• Assist with site inspections, client visits, and group logistics.
• Maintain organized digital and physical sales files.
