White Lodging in Indianapolis is seeking an Area Sales Coordinator to support our hotel sales team. This role focuses on managing leads, coordinating group bookings, drafting proposals, and keeping the sales engine running smoothly in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will build relationships with key clients, prepare contracts and BEOs, maintain records in Delphi or CI/TY systems, and assist with reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Route incoming sales leads and draft group proposals through confirmation.
• Build relationships with client contacts and communicate event needs to hotel operations.
• Prepare and distribute sales contracts, group resumes, BEOs, and other sales docs.
• Maintain accurate records in Delphi/CI/TY or a comparable system—track leads and bookings.
• Coordinate sales blitzes, client events, site visits, and property tours.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email and route with context to Sales Manager.
• Support reporting, forecasting and presentation preparation as needed.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients and internal teams.
