Job summary

Hotel Indigo is seeking a Sales Coordinator to organize group needs and provide sales support while maintaining professional client relationships. The role involves interfacing with hotel departments, managing group blocks, and ensuring guest satisfaction through superior service and timely communication.

You will participate in sales meetings, develop proposals, and assist in post-event reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Two (2) year or four (4) year college degree with an emphasis in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Select, Focused, or Extended Hotel Stay experience preferred.
• Strong organization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of hotel operations (F&B, front desk, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services).
• Work with other departments to coordinate services for sales and clients.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and conduct site tours as needed.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain relationships with existing clients to grow revenue.
• Support in creating group proposals, contracts, and post-conference reports.
