HHM Hotels in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to property sales leaders. You will answer calls, process proposals and contracts, and coordinate rooms and meeting spaces to ensure smooth client service.

The role emphasizes professional communication with clients, record-keeping, and adherence to sustainability practices under EarthView. Previous hotel or sales experience is helpful, but not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer telephone calls and convey relevant account information to managers.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to departments.
• Communicate with clients in a polite, professional manner and respond to inquiries.
• File and organize contracts and correspondence to keep records up to date.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet space as needed.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Education
