Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales, sales coordination, or hospitality experience REQUIRED
• Hands-on ONQ and Delphi REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of hotel group sales, reservations, and event coordination
• Professional and polished customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and hotel-related systems
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Stable and reliable work history preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Ability to work effectively with hotel management, sales teams, clients, and other departments

Responsibilities

• Support the hotel sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Manage and maintain group bookings, client information, and sales records in ONQ and Delphi
• Assist with proposals, contracts, booking details, and client follow-ups
• Coordinate group reservations, meetings, events, and special requests
• Enter and update room blocks, group information, and client details accurately
• Communicate with clients, hotel departments, and vendors to ensure all requests are handled efficiently
• Assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, contracts, and other sales-related documents
• Coordinate site visits, client appointments, and property tours
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries, bookings, and upcoming events
• Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and sales activity reports
• Monitor deadlines and ensure all sales and group-related tasks are completed on time
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients and guests
• Assist the Sales Manager and hotel leadership with special projects and other sales initiatives
