Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or hospitality required.
• Familiarity with ONQ and Delphi systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the hotel sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Manage and maintain group bookings, client information, and sales records in ONQ and Delphi.
• Assist with proposals, contracts, booking details, and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate group reservations, meetings, events, and special requests.
• Enter and update room blocks, group information, and client details accurately.
• Communicate with clients, hotel departments, and vendors to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
• Assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, contracts, and other documents.
• Coordinate site visits, client appointments, and property tours.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries and bookings.
• Maintain calendars and sales activity reports; monitor deadlines.
