Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support hotel sales teams and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to travel for sales calls and engage with clients across our properties.

You will collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service and promote our hotel facilities and services. You will be part of a 24/7 hospitality operation, providing friendly, personalized service while handling inquiries and coordinating site tours to secure bookings

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel for sales calls, meetings, and related activities.
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Handle escalated issues per brand guidelines and deescalate to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all hotel sales activities and sales-related projects.
• Work with the sales team to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Support with site tours and promotions of hotel facilities and services.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to guests and associates.
• Respond to sales inquiries for sleeping rooms, meeting space, F&B services, etc.
